EXPERIENCE ANALYTICS & EVALUATION LEAD (LEARNING)
In this role you will be required to analyse the employee experience, understand our workforce and measure the impact and value add of our contribution to the business in line with global best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive the evaluation and analysis of learning and talent experiences across the Group.
- Lead the design of bespoke evaluation tools that provide impactful insights across Learning and Talent solutions portfolio.
- Partner with Enterprise Analytics to utilise digital solutions in dashboard reporting to provide strategic business partners and stakeholders with timely and relevant data. Integrate dashboard and reporting into group system architecture.
- Support Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Optimisation functions to effectively measure and report behaviour and culture changes across the Group.
- Monitor and report on Learning and Talent performance and KPI progress; maintain open communications with the Learning and Talent leadership team to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with strategic learning partners throughout the business to align measurement and evaluation strategies and support the development of bespoke measurement tools.
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
- Lead and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, approachable and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in statistics, Data Science, Research or analytics related discipline.
- Masters level qualification would be an asset
- A Minimum of 8 years progressive experience Data science role within a learning people focused organisation.
- Experience in implementing data and reporting models for a large organisation.
- Experience applying an advanced understanding of behavioral science and social sciences.
Knowledge/skills:
- Data Guru, with the ability to analyse large data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of the employee experience
- Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
- Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve
- Able to form effective relationships with executives and senior leaders
- An excellent team player who can adapt quickly to an agile teaming methodology
- Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Strong in relationship management and engagement - Excellent in communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation
- A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo and analyses data to create meaningful conclusions which will inform the department
